Recommend motel in Mountour Falls / Glen area?

Looking for basics....clean room, two beds, not too expensive. Stayed in that motel in downtown Watkins Glen last time...lots of history but not a place I would choose again.

The Falls Motel in Montour Falls has always been good for me. Price is around $85-100 depending upon the room. It has a restaurant/bar across the parking lot that serves better than decent grub along with beer & wine. http://www.thefallsmotel.com/

I second the Falls, been going there the last couple of years after trying the in-town hotels.

Just stayed at the Budget on main street. excellent, new owners, new everything, clean, no mildew.
