How is pit crew admittance handled? I will be coming in on Friday night with my wife. I have 2 other people coming on Saturday morning. Do I need to be a the gate when they check in ?

The other concern I have is the car has a roll cage with a petty bar running thru the passenger area and would be hard to fit up with a passenger seat and would not be able to accommodate an instructor....
